Challenge:​ The client needed to automatically and precisely assemble micro electric igniters into actuators on a high-speed line, with in-line electrical testing. Requirements included highly consistent dimensions, extremely stable resistance, and no pyrotechnic composition​ to meet factory safety regulations, while being compatible with robotic handling.
